Dear Alum:
As alumni, a part-time employee, and as an administrator, I have seen
tremendous changes over the years at the College. In these times of economic
need the College would like to rely on your support to carry forward this
momentum.
The monies raised during the Annual Fund drive will be used to support students, faculty, educational partnerships, and projects that allow us to contribute directly to our students. The following are some examples of what your support of the annual fund and other fundraising activities has allowed us to achieve through the Foundation:
- Last year the Foundation provided over 90,000 dollars in scholarships to students, many of whom might not otherwise have access to education.
- The Foundation has raised over 1.85 Million dollars in its campaign for "Excellence in Childcare & Family Learning"!!! Your support has helped us equip the College and our community with a resource that will truly provide the best in Childcare and Early Family Programming.
- The Foundation underwrites the Margin Of Excellence Awards for Faculty and Staff that demonstrate excellence in the performance of their jobs in supporting BCC and its students.
The list goes on…I hope you'll see the value in lending your personal support; I invite you to join in by making a pledge to the Annual Fund now.
