Is a Bachelor’s Degree in Your Future? Then It’s Time for Transfer Planning…
Bellevue Community College is committed to helping you make the transfer and transition to a four-year university as smooth as possible. Our Transfer Center, located adjacent to the Educational Planning Department (2nd floor of Student Services, Bldg. B), offers many resources that can be helpful to your making a successful transfer. You can pick up valuable transfer admission packets, browse catalogs, pick up contact information, major program information sheets and sign up to meet with a university admissions advisor (Yes! The universities send advisors to BCC to meet with you).
Most students, who plan to transfer, complete an Associate Transfer Degree. BCC offers six different transfer degrees. Regardless of the degree that you pursue, it is very important to work with a faculty or a professional staff advisor to select classes that fulfill your transfer degree as well as any pre-requisites for your intended major. Some universities have special General Education requirements that you may want to consider as you select your classes. Here is some helpful information and resources that can make a big difference to your transfer success.
