Computed Tomography
This is an excellent course for those wishing to enter the field of CT scanning, or as preparation for the advanced level ARRT exam in CT.
Although sectional anatomy is not covered in this course, some anatomy and pathology is included. Protocol development is an area emphasized so that the student begins to develop the problem solving skills necessary to be a successful CT technologyst.
Successful completion of this 3 credit course (C- or better) results in 36 continuing education credits which more than satisfies the 24 credit requirement by the ARRT for a biennium.
This course is normally offered during Winter quarter, and meets one night a week for three hours.
