Bus and ORCA Card
Taking the bus to campus is a great option, especially with the ORCA Plus. Buses stop at the L Building near the middle of campus, at the south entrance, and at the Eastgate Park and Ride just down the hill from the south entrance.

Get a BC ORCA Card
We offer an exclusive reloadable ORCA card card and youth transit voucher to students. Enjoy rides on Metro Transit and Sound Transit, and other Puget Sound modes of transportation.
How it works
- Bellevue College will double your bus money on a limited ride ORCA or voucher at the options outlined below
- The ORCA automatically deducts fares from your balance and is reloadable beyond the purchase value by registering card at www.orcacard.com
- ORCA can be converted to a monthly pass at ORCA customer service
- Youth transit vouchers can be loaded into a reduced fare Youth ORCA (sold by ORCA only)
Options for Registered Bellevue College Students
- $120 for ORCA pre-loaded with value $240
- Requires enrollment in a minimum of 5 credits
- $60 for ORCA pre-loaded with a value of $120
- Requires enrollment in a minimum of 10 credits
- $60 Youth Transit Voucher pre-loaded with a value of $120
- Students 18 years old or younger are encouraged use the transit voucher.
- Only the transit voucher can be applied to a Youth ORCA card to pay reduced fare.

ORCA cards are on sale at the Cashier the week prior to the first day of each quarter.
Eligibility/Terms
- The ORCA card and voucher is yours alone not transferable to another person
- Only one card sale per person is allowed per quarter
- ORCA cards do not expire if used
- Cards registered with ORCA may be reported lost, stolen or damaged by calling ORCA customer service (888) 988-6722, Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
How to Buy Your Student Card
- Complete the Student Quarterly ORCA and Transit Voucher Cardholders Rules of Use and Agreement Form [PDF].
- Print and sign the form and take to the Cashier’s office (B126) with your payment to pick up your card.
