• Read e-mails, instructions, notices and pay slips

On the Job Communications

Tuesday /Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 7:20 pm with one hour per week online work required January 3 - March 20	ESL Level-6

• Develop business communication skills
• Strategies for business writing (effective emails, letters, memos)
• Understand the American culture and business environment
• Solve every day problems in the workplace
• Participate at company meetings, make presentations and work as a team

Preparing for Work

Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Plus one hour per week online work required January 7 - March 17	ESL Level: 5/6

• Write a resume, letters and application forms
• Practice interview skills
• Set goals and research job information
• Learn about finding jobs in America
