There
are a number of good internships in German companies especially
for College students. Please go to this site of the Goethe

Another
good program is offered by CDS International. They offer Summer
Internships as well as longer stays between 3-6 month. They
include language classes and internships in well known companies
like Bayer or Daimler Benz. Please refer to their websites
