CLASS REQUIREMENTS

1.       100% Attendance is required.  There is a large quantity of material presented in the class and it is essential that students be present in order to learn the information.  Excused absences will be very rare and must be accompanied with proof of reason for absence, i.e. a signed doctor’s note. If you do miss class for any reason, it is your responsibility to ask a fellow student for notes and information.

2.       Class quizzes and exams will NOT be rescheduled.

3.       If you have questions regarding your assignment, quiz or grade, schedule office hours to have your questions answered.  Do not disrupt class with these questions.

4.       Projects must be complete and turned in on time.  Late projects WILL NOT be accepted and zero (0) points will be given for that particular assignment.  A project is also considered late if the proper documents are not turned in as directed in the assignment hand-out (I.E. reproducible originals).  A project is late if you are not on time to class for presentation.

5.       All work must appear professional.  This means EVERYTHING.  Points will be deducted for sloppiness.

6.       There will be a verbal presentation during the quarter.  Present your project as if you are presenting to a client.  Dress accordingly and be prepared.  You must formally present your assignment in order to hand in your assignment.  NO ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF YOU HAVE NOT PRESENTED IN CLASS.

7.       All work must be original to this class and this term.
