FINAL EXAM STUDY GUIDE

The exam will be held in Room B204 at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 6. This date and time is per the BCC posted final exam schedule. Please bring a pen or pencil to the final exam.

Please bring to class Assignment C to hand in.

The final exam will be comprehensive. It is important that you concentrate your studies on the lecture notes and what was covered in class specifically. In addition to studying your lecture notes, please study the following topics:

1. AWI, wood species, grades, veneer cuts, casework and wood joints.
2. Household appliances and the Energy Star program.
3. LEED, ADA, ASTM, ACT, CAL TECH 117, VOC
4. Wall and ceiling materials and methods of construction.
5. ACT textile standards and guidelines.
6. Carpet: fibers, flammability testing methods, construction methods
7. Flooring materials
8. Countertop materials
9. Paint: study the paint information in your module
10. Wall coverings
11. Door Hardware: pg.165-170 Ballast
