Two British One Act Comedies:
The Real
Inspector Hound and Black Comedy
May 17-19, 24-26
(8pm) Tickets $5 at the door
The Real Inspector Hound by Tom Stoppard is about two theatre critics
watching a melodrama set in fog shrouded Muldoon Manor. Who is the “real”
inspector Hound? Something’s afoot, and these two intend to review it!
On the same bill
is the farce Black Comedy in which Peter Shaffer sets the action almost entirely during a power failure which
is only time that the stage lights are on! When the apartment plunges into
darkness we see the characters pursue, deceive and (nearly) avoid each other!
